As the CEO of Horizon Audio Video, Joshua Kell, designs church sound systems, video broadcast studios, and projection video displays. At Horizon Technical Institute (www.horizon-av.com), Joshua developed courses in Sound Basics and Sound Essentials and serves as the instructor for the Advanced Sound and Video Certification Course. Joshua is a Digital Media Certified Engineer (DMCE) and a Crestron Authorized Independent Programmer also holding an InfoComm International Certification (CTS, CTS-I and CTS-D). Some of Joshua’s other experiences include working on a video production for the Food Network, and a documentary on The White House Chefs. 

Joshua’s passion for worship and service extends beyond the technicalities of audio and video. His “Why Worship?” seminars focus on the importance of being a lead-worshipper. Joshua also enjoys composing music and plays a variety of instruments including piano and bass guitar. Joshua attended Calvary Chapel Bible College in the pursuit of becoming a worship leader before God re-directed his course to the technical aspects of worship and service. Joshua currently serves as the overseer of the audio/visual ministries at his church, Calvary Chapel of Bellmawr, NJ. Joshua and his wife, Lauren, have two small children.
