  • What to Say
    - Rich Kirkpatrick
While we as worship leaders spend a lot of energy on our music skills, what we say matters, too. Should I just speak freely at the moment as the Spirit leads or should I write out my prayers? How do I stay true to who I am while communicating to the church what I know God wants to say to them? In this presentation, you will learn that authenticity counts! But, you will also learn that being authentic indeed requires some practiced communication skills.  Whether it is leading a song transition, sharing a prayer or giving announcements growing in communication will significantly improve your effectiveness.
  • SING CHURCH SING
    - Stan Endicott
Is Your Congregation actually singing during worship?  Are they suppose to?   What are the reasons they don’t sing?   What can you do to insure that they do sing?  There are practical things that inspire congregational singing.   There are obvious things that keep them from singing.  Let’s learn what we can do to “Sing to The Lord”.
