Team Vs. Group:  How do you get a diverse group of volunteers who don’t speak the same musical language or have the same preferences to become a team? It takes the planning, strategy, skills and confidence that you will learn in this fun and practical session. Steven + Shawn will share from their decades of church service and extensive travels to churches of all shapes and sizes what they have learned about how to run an effective rehearsal, how to bring unity by dealing with conflict/attitudes, how to be the leader you were created for, and much more.
